Cisco 2600 Memory Documentation
Cisco 2600 DRAM:
Cisco 2600 series routers contain two 100-pin DIMM sockets
for DRAM, numbered 0 and 1. Each socket can be filled with
a 100-pin DRAM DIMM (32MB/16MB/8MB/4MB).
Maximum DRAM = 64MB (2 32MB Dimm modules).
Cisco 2600 FLASH:
There is one Flash memory SIMM socket on the system board (16MB/8MB/4MB).
You can verify howmuch Flash memory is already installed in your
router by entering the show flash EXEC command.
Maximum Flash = 16MB (1 16MB Flash Simm).
