CISCO WLC4400 SERIES TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

The Cisco WLC4400 Series controllers, working in conjunction with Cisco AP's and Cisco WCS, provide for system wide wireless LAN functions (security policies, intrusion prevention, RF management, quality of service, and mobility). They communicate with controller based AP's over layer 2 or 3 infrastructure using LWAPP.
