CISCO AIR-AP1232AG-A-K9 TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION


The AIR-AP1232AG-A-K9 is the predecessor the the AIR-AP1242AG-A-K9, having the identical radio specs of the newer and more expensive 1240 Series. Each 1232AG contains 1 AP1210 platform,1 AIR-MP21G-A-K9 radio module and 1 AIR-RM22A (RP-TNC connectors) or AIR-RM21A (integrated paddle antenna) radio module.


The AIR-AP1232AG-A-K9 and AIR-LAP1232AG-A-K9 support:
- Dual RP-TNC connectors for external 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz antennas (antennas are sold separately)
- 10/100 Auto-Sensing Ethernet uplink
- Power from Cisco in-line power over Ethernet (CDP) or local power supply
- Console access
- IEEE 802.11g & 802.11a -compliant
- Connection speed up to 54 Mbps
- Cisco IOS 12.2(13)JA or later.

The platform ships with a 110-220 VDC local power supply.
